The holidays are over. The lights and the trees have come down. As we turn our sights to a New Year, we face the prospect of exciting new developments. But before we get too caught up in the momentum of the New Year, we’d like to reflect back on the old one. January is National Thank You Month, and we want to express our appreciation to our customers for making 2016 such a great year for our company.
Instant One Media, a division of Appliance Art, was organized to give printers a choice that did not involve searching through huge manufacturer catalogs to get the lowest prices As printers, we know what other printers do on a daily basis. We know that reducing prices is attractive to customers but that it hurts the bottom line. We also know that customers can be fickle. With the recession, loyalty flew out the window, and customers were quick to switch printers to find the lowest price.
Because of these experiences, Instant One Media decided to do something to help printers retain customers by offering a low-cost product without compromising quality. To do this, we took all of the highest quality materials from major producers and went to the vinyl factory. We were tired of paying unreasonable prices to our suppliers and knew we could get a similar product for less. We gave the factory our uncompromising specifications. After several attempts, we locked in a vinyl of unbeatable quality at a fraction of the price of our major competitors. Our customers have ditched the high prices of other brands and are now patronizing our in-house product—with great results.
One of the best parts of our business is the relationship we have with our customers. We appreciate their loyalty and ongoing patronage. We are proud to offer them a top-notch product at a fraction of the cost of the competition.
